Türkiye is in close and intense relationship with world markets. There are many foreign investors investing and many foreigners, including the refugees, working in Türkiye. Such dynamic situation also arouse interest from foreign academics. Therefore, there is a need for a source in English language for those who are concerned. This work both aims to provide information for foreign researchers, foreigners, and investors; and to overcome the deficiency of a scientific book written on the Turkish Individual Labour Law in English language. It is very pleasing for us that the first edition of the book had high demand from the readers and is sold out. The interest on the first edition encouraged us to further expand the content of the book. In the second edition, the contents of the existing subjects have been expanded, and completely new subjects have been added to the book. It was, again, very pleasing for us to complete this work as three academicians from three different universities of Türkiye.(ÖNSÖZDEN)
